Rage Plugin Hook is used for modding on the GTA 5 scripts. You can install the scripts that are required only this plugin Rage Plugin Hook. It is a library enabling developers to write plugins for games. This is only supported on PC and only GTA 5 is supported only. It is also not working on GTA online as plugins, just use this plugin only for GTA 5 otherwise you will lose your game and you have to install again GTA 5 for PC.
